Why to Hire a Wedding Planner, Consultant, Coordinator

[ad_1]

First and foremost, if anyone asked you to make plans on that special day, you would tell them, "no … I'm getting married that day!" So, why would you volunteer to be a vendor at your own wedding? You will be busy that day, and you will have enough to do! Do not even put yourself in the position to choose between getting your hair done and finishing up the reception hall. Do not let a mix up with the caterer take away time from what should be the most magical day of your life. Likewise, it should be a great day for your parents, friends, and family. Leave all of the day-of stress to a planner. After all, that day-of stress can turn an emotional bride into an emotional wreck or a happy bride into a frantic mess. A wedding planner is the most important vendor of the wedding!

When you hire a wedding planner, you are buying expertise and experience. This expertise and experience ensures a few things on your big day, including the obvious and priceless peace of mind and an enjoyable planning process. Most brides do not hire a planner to take over. We are here to help. We do not want to plan our own weddings … we want to plan yours! We do not get to walk down the aisle … we live to see your face when your walk down the aisle is even more perfect than you had ever dreamed it would be! For that split second, for that one sparkle in your eye, we work hours and hours to make sure that this experience is magical for you.

The experience and expertise of a talented and genuine wedding planner ensures some other things. First, we take pride in creating a wedding that is valuable, meaning that we strive to get each client more for their money. This applies to the low and high budget weddings alike. If you give us a dollar, we will do everything in our power to make it look like whatever we bought was well worth two dollars (or more!). We finagle a good deal out of almost any situation. We do not do cheap weddings. We do, however, do inexpensive weddings.

Another thing that a wedding planner buys you is time. A wedding can take hundreds of hours to plan. I guarantee we have spent thousands of hours researching options and interviewing vendors. Take advantage of these hours that we have spent to save you time. We may be able to lead you to vendors that are better suited for your particular event. We may also save you time you would have spent in a meeting to share with you experiences we have had with that particular vendor. Leave the tedious, boring, and down-right dreadful parts of wedding planning to us. Take the good; leave the bad (to your planner!).

So, in summary, if things like expertise, added value, time, and general piece of mind are something that would be of value to you in your wedding planning process, consider hiring a wedding planner.
