Be Realistic
Whatever aspiration you have to try to be realistic. Speak to parents and family members and see if they are willing to donate towards your ceremony then agree on a budget and start looking for events and dresses that are within your budget. Decide on how big or small you want your wedding to be and allow yourself enough time to organize it, remember if your wedding is in three months, you can not expect to undertake as much as someone who has her wedding planned for a 2 years 'time. Give yourself a realistic time scale and budget your wedding is sure to be a success.

Clarify Expectations
Make sure your expectations are clear and accurate to everyone involved before the wedding day. Make sure all the important and finer details in all contracts are agreed by both parties and 100% accurate before they are signed off. Discuss your plans with family and friends so they are all singing off the same hymn sheet. If everyone is made aware of your objectives early on, then there are sure to be little or no complications at the last minute.

Do not Be Afraid To Delegate
It may seem easier to take on tasks yourself but this can lead to a lot of stress not to mention hard work. If you can afford it, do not be afraid to hire a wedding planner, if you're on a budget request for the help of a best friend that will work closely with you through the months leading to the big day. Make sure you are open and approachable to listen to ideas and suggestions to make the process fun and hassle free. You will find most people are more than happy to help so try delegating different errands to different people. Most brides do feel they have to do everything by themselves, but it's always a good idea to have a network of people that are willing to assist in getting things done this again will mean there is less work to deal with.

Rely on your Bridesmaids
Bridesmaids can be a God send; their duty is to help you beforehand and through the wedding. So you must be considerate and remember that it's not just an enjoyable day for you but your bridesmaids too. She should be able to feel at ease around you as well so let her know you're happy to listen to any concerns or ideas she may have about the wedding. Do not take them for granted and try to be considerate of their time and this is sure to be a bonding and exciting experience for you all.

Do not forget the groom
In the all the excitement and chaos of preparing for the wedding, it's a common mistake to find that many bridezillas actually forget about the man they are marrying. Wedding planning can take a lot of time and planning so make sure to make some time to spend with your husband-to-be, although it may be hard – try not to turn this time into conversations about the wedding plans. It's a great way to keep your relationship alive and remember you of why you're about to do this in the first place. Remember all relationships have to be worked and it is important have couple time without the wedding plans taking over.

You Time
Make sure you find time for you. Every now and then take a breath and put your feet up and maybe read a book. A bit of pampering is always a nice and relaxing treat yourself to a massage or a long, hot bubble bath to tie those tense muscles.

Honeymoon
To take a break from all the wedding plans it may be a good idea to sit down with your fiancé and plan your honeymoon, somewhere romantic where you can unwind after the big day. The honeymoon will be the start of your married life together as husband and wife so make it as special and memorable.

Enjoy the Day
Finally remember to enjoy yourself. This is all about you and your partner, you want to enjoy the happiest day of your life not end up stressed out !! Everyone involved will be so happy for you, they are sure to be in the mood to celebrate your nuptials and help make sure it is a day to remember.
