The anchor decorating the three-tiered cake speaks to the groom’s nautical leanings, the monograms are a nod to the bride’s more formal side.

A lounge area replete with comfy cushions. Vintage valises served as coffee tables.

The locally inspired centerpieces were comprised of succulents, ranunculus, dusty miller and delicate greenery, accented with fickering candles and clusters of white coral.

The ceremony took place on a grassy path by the sea under a fabric-draped chuppah trimmed with ranunculus, vines, succulents and orchids.

The escort cards were displayed in a sand-flled antique canoe.

The festivities kicked off with a Moroccan-themed welcome party. “Style was key, but comfort was everything. We created lounge areas right on the beach so guests could experience true barefoot luxury as they wiggled their toes in the sand,” recalls Idrin.

The pretty bridal bouquet was a mix of local succulents and bright fuchsia orchids.

Watery shades of blue appeared as frequent decor and color accents throughout.
