Balloons and steamers will also come in handy when decorating your wedding reception site. You can rent a helium tank and blow up the balloons yourself. Having a bunch of balloons floating from the ceiling or tied strategically around your reception is a nice touch. Streamers are very inexpensive and can be found at your local party in an array of colors to match your wedding theme.
Ask your cemetery site if they can provide the decorations. Oftentimes, the cost of decorating can be included in the rental price of the hall.
Enlist your friends and family members to help you decorate. They may have vases, bowls and other decorations that you can use to decorate your wedding reception.
Remember with decorations, less is more. You do not need to decorate every wall, table and area of your reception site. Simple yet elegant decorations used sparingly are better than a large amount of cheap looking, tacky decorations.
