Formal dresses do not have drastic trend changes like party dresses so no one knew I was 'so last season'! By shopping early, it also meant I was not limited to the same options as the other wedding guests.
2. If you're shopping for your big wedding day, having a ridiculously expensive wedding dress does not make it any more special, it just hurts your pockets! Who asks how much your dress was – no one will know what fantastic bargain price you paid.
Many wedding dresses and wedding gowns go on sale if the designer discontinues the style. Look for the best bargain dresses in the summer – just before designers introduce their new collections for the next year. You may even be lucky to buy a sample wedding dress at a massive discount!

3. Party bargain dresses are a little trickier because as soon as one style is 'in', you blink and a new style soon replace it. However, there are some styles that never go out of fashion and if your on a budget and searching for bargain dresses then you should keep your eye out for them. The main style that never goes out of fashion is the little black dress – no wardrobe should be without this style.
