Today is going to be a quick one and not that exciting. But I do believe that having a wedding day survival kit is absolutely crucial … just in case 🙂 If you are going to be hiring a wedding coordinator, then you will have one ready to go. But if not, I would highly recommend putting one together! And my best recommendation for you in order to keep it from being pricey is to go to Target or CVS and check out their dollar travel section. Most of what you will need can be found there!
Just remember, the odds of something going wrong on your wedding day are actually very high. But do not get scared, because getting a headache on your wedding day does mean something gone wrong, and having a small thread some close on your dress is something going wrong. But all of these things are not the end of the world and in my mind, forgetting all of the favors at home IS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD. No matter what happens, just know that you were as prepared as possible and that at the end of the day, you are going to be married to the man of your dreams !!

Advil (or any pain reliever) – chances are, someone will need it!
Band Aids – not only for cuts, but you may need them if you have not worn in your new shoes!
Bottle of water – keep hydrated !!
White Chalk – believe it or not, this can cover up small smudges on your dress
Tide to Go / Stain Remover – try this first, then use the chalk
Clear Nail Polish – stops tears in your leggings from running
Nail Polish Remover – one of your bridesmaids may have chosen a color you do not want in your photos!
Corsage Pins – you can make additional boutineers or corsages from extra flowers
Dental Floss – sometimes a toothbrush will not get it all out
Toothbrush – for some fresh breath for that first kiss 🙂
Eye Drops – your eyes may get red through the day and you do not want this is photos
Extra Earring Backs – this is self-explanatory
Hair Pins – especially if you are not having your hair done on site
Ponytail Holders – my hair was up by the end of the night from so much dancing!
Mini Sewing Kit – yes, seams and zippers and bustles do break
Clothing Tape / Doublestick Tape – bridesmaid popping out a little more than you would like?
Safety Pins – they can generally solve all of your problems
Scotch Tape – for anything that goes wrong with your decorations and decor
Small Folding Scissors – for decor or thread
Tampons – You never know!
Hair Spray / Static Spray – nothing like your bridesmaid dresses sticking to their butts and legs
Straws – do not want to ruin that lipstick for last minute sips of champagne!
Tissues – at least try to get the crying out of the way BEFORE the makeup is done
Tweezers – just bring them
Nail File – you never know who may break a nail
Breath Mints – for right before you make the walk down the aisle
Crackers / Granola Bars – you are not going to have an appetite before the wedding, so try your best to nibble on something
