Please do not discard the notice that a fitness trainer is expensive because the value will you draw out of him is great. He will know exactly what kind of exercise and diet your body will need.

You should drink plenty of water as it makes you full and does not make you emotionally hungry. Besides water helps in burning excess fats too and at the same time it makes your skin very glowing and flushes out toxin from your body. Have good sleep and do not follow diet which makes your anaerobic your aim is too have a fit body not a thin one.
