Leave it on the skin surface for 20 minutes and then cleanse with warm water. Gelatin from tomatoes or apples will help remove scars from your skin and make it smooth. Repeat this process until the results are satisfactory. Another way for a smooth and soft facial skin is to apply some fresh milk on your face evenly. Wait for a few minutes until it dries up. Wash with warm water and repeat this process twice weekly.
c) Radiant skin: A handful of green bean powder is mixed with egg yolk. The mixture is then applied to the face. After 15 minutes, wash your face with warm water. the result is a bright and radiant facial skin.
d) Fruits: Eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before meals. If you eat fruits the correct way, you will have a beautiful and smooth skin. If you need to drink fruit juice, drink only fresh fruit juice, not from cans or bottles. Don’t even drink juice that has been heated up. Don’t eat cooked fruits because you do not get the nutrients you need for a good skin. You can also fast for three days by just eating fruits to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the three days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look.
e) Water: Drink a lot of water everyday. This is to purify and cleanse your body. When your body is cleansed, you will be more energetic and also will have a smooth and radiant skin.
