Our body needs special attention in terms of the proper caring because we all basically focus on the care of the facial skin and we just work on this area neglecting the rest of the body which is absolutely not fair. In order to keep the whole body well toned, active and fresh always we should work in this respect as well which require our special attention. Exfoliation of the whole body is as crucial as of the mere face as dead skin deposits are also formed on the rest of the body which are not healthy and play a major role in formation of different fungal diseases on body. For this cure there are many exfoliating agents available in the market. Then the dryness treatment, as we all are aware of the fact that our skins are very sensitive to dryness and gets deteriorated because of dryness, there fore in order to avoid extreme situations some basic measures should be taken in this respect.
Now there are two more basic treatments which focus on the area of our hands, feet and nails, as these parts are also considered to be neglected most of the time. Thus manicure is a treatment for hands and the associated nails and pedicure is a treatment for feet and the associated nails. These treatments are offered by almost every beauty care centre on effective prices but these can be practiced at home as well if one finds it convenient.
