Straighten Your Hair in Wet Combing

[ad_1]

Except for straightening the thick hair with a hair straightener, you could also certainly try wet combing and see what happens for you. Everyone is different and it takes a few tries to see if it makes your hair happy.

Used a coarse tooth comb, it's saw-cut and very very smooth. This comb would not cause splits like molded plastic drugstore combs do. You can get these seamless combs from the internet – Just search the exact name "coarse tooth comb", choose the brand which you trusted.

Of course, wet combing could not get your hair completely straight, not as straight as the hair straightener does, that is why few people do this. But it is a natural, heat-free way to get your hair to its "naturally straight" state. The post-wet combing frizz you'll have (it's the frizz that can not go away unless you hair straightening), it does go away after a few hours. Wet combing is the best you can do with a natural method.

Hair straightening will leave your hair drier and more damaged in the long run. My philosophy is this: it is always better to put up with a small amount of frizz and natural wave if it means a healthy undamaged hair that does not break off, dry out, or get crunchy. AND your hair will seem to grow faster … meaning it will not break off from dryness and splits.

The necessary of wet combing:
– regular shampoo (not 2 in 1)
– regular conditioner
– a wide-tooth comb
– a plastic head lice comb or other comb, (like a pet flea comb), with very small spaces between the teeth (important)
– a large towel
– paper towels and garbage bag.
