9. Drink tea instead of coffee. Tea, specifically green tea, is packed with antioxidants that can help prevent and fight premature skin aging. Once you're done drinking, you can also use the tea packs as eye masks to help reduce dark circles and discoloration.

10. Minimize stress. There's nothing that can age you faster other than stress. Stress can make you look old and haggard in no time so better keep those stress levels in check.
