For any bride, her wedding day is of prime importance and what is more important than that is the wedding dress. Brides prepare it for months if not years to get the perfect wedding dress. Some like the short dresses and some like the long dresses which flow on the floor.

Sometimes, when you are about to get married, you may face some problems. Your budget maybe extremely tight, the wedding maybe planned in a hurry with no time to spare to stitch your wedding dress, a last minute flap and your wedding dress not being delivered etc.

Now in cases like this, there is only one way out. Don’t waste your time crying that you didn’t get your dream dress ready on time… go find yourself another one. Many designer stores have a special feature known as the wedding dress rentals. You can rush into one of these stores and find a dress that fits you fine and which is just like the one you wanted.

If your budget doesn’t permit you to buy a new dress, it will surely allow you to hire one. You can rent your wedding gown for a few hundred dollars and save your self many thousands.

When you go down to rent a dress, don’t look at the designs. You first concern has to be the fit. Whatever you like, try it out. Don’t think about the time or be lazy about trying out so many. If you find the right fit and the design, book the dress in advance. At some stores, the bookings are to be done nearly a month in advance. Pay a small amount and book the dress.

Get a guarantee card or bill or something with the guarantee that the dress will be delivered to you a day in advance. Also ensure that the dress will be given to you dry cleaned and in one piece. Go to a store that is reputed and not to the one just because they are cheap.

If the dress doesn’t reach you on the final day, you will be in a flap. Call up two days in advance and ask if the dress is ready. If they are not on time deliverers, you drive down and pick it up.

Once you have the dress in your hand, get back home and try it on to ensure that it is the same and it fits you fine. Remember you can’t make any alterations in this dress. After trying it out, put the dress in your closet in a safe place and keep it locked. If you have kids in the house, ensure your dress is safe from their reach.

After the great day, take a nice snap of the dress too so that you can cherish that memory. A wedding dress rental is such a useful place that always keeps contacts with you.
