The Questions That Every Bride to Be Must Ask Or What to Do Before Saying "I Do"

[ad_1]

So the exclusion of the engagement is over and now you are faced with planning the biggest day of your life. It may be a challenging journey with so many "helpful" people offering their opinion, and or financial help and having to be given deciding powers on what you want. As a life coach I make great use of questions in helping my clients achieve success in life and I now offer you, the bride-to-be, some of those life coaching questions. Think about them, write your answers and reflect.

Your Journey
How many months until the big day? The months ahead can be a time of stress and overwhelming emotions. There may be times when even the man who loves you most does not seem to understand how you are feeling. Conflict can come up with your family, his family and even best friends and bridesmaids. You may become confused about which way to go, which decision to make. Please use my coaching questions to help on your journey. Ask yourself, What do I want? Is this really me? Am I trying to be someone else? Am I trying to please again? Who's wedding is this? What is it to compromise? How do I choose to be with my in-laws?

Single to Married – A Life Transition
You are getting ready for one of the largest transitions in your life. Transitions can be difficult, you know, you have made them before. Think of some of the transitions you have made in your life. Go back to your earliest memory, junior high to high school; high school to college; college to work; unemployed to employed, single to engaged, all of these create a transition or change in your life. List past transitions and answer my coaching questions to help you better understand this life transition you are now on. How did you deal with the transition? Was it easy? Were you anxious? What structure did you use to help you make the transition? What supports did you have in place to help with these transitions? What supports do you now have in place to help with this transition? How do you deal with change?

You Deserve the Best!
Remember, you will be planning the perfect meal, the perfect ceremony, the perfect venue, flowers, dress, music, hair, nails etc. So why not insure you arrive at your big day, confident, relaxed and in control, for maximum glow and enjoyment.

Bridal Coaching
You are now a bride to be. For most of you, you have not walked down this road before so what does this mean? How do you know how to be? Have expectations changed? What is your role now within the new family? How do you best communicate with in-laws? How do finances and fiance work? So many questions arise from your new life position. Questions can direct your life but you must be sure you ask the right questions. Please use my life coaching questions to help you have the best day of your life. Bridal coaching can help you develop strategies to deal with conflict and concerns that arise from this new situation in your life.
