Can You Guess What the Most Popular First Dance Song Is?

Putting together a wedding playlist is a labor of love. Finding songs that speak to you as a couple yet are “danceable” and hit all the right notes for every special moment of your big day can be surprisingly difficult.

Streaming music giant Spotify is here to help: They analyzed 400,000 wedding-themed playlists to determine which big-day songs are trending around the world. John Legend’s “All of Me” earned top honors for the bridal category, in general, with Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Christina Perri, The Lumineers, and Jason Mraz as runners-up. However, when they honed in on “First Dance” playlists, specifically, Sheeran was crowned the winner with not one, but two top tracks: “Thinking Out Loud” and “Tenerife Sea.”
