Check List For Wedding Day

[ad_1]

A wedding day is always special day for both you and your loved ones. In this article I would like to make a quick check list as to what you need to do before the big day in your life.

1. Wedding venue:

Well this should be your first and foremost question. Is the wedding venue available for the date which you have set. Here is a quick tip that can help you get things started. Once you have chosen our special date call up the venue which you think is best for you, ask them if it is free on the special date and if they say it is then you can go and look around. I personally would not suggest going to the place and then asking about it being free for the big day. The reason being very simple, if the place is fabulous and it is booked by somebody it somehow breaks the heart and ruins the build up for the wedding day.

2. Number of guests

Once you have got the avenues which are free on that date then you need to calculate the number of guests you are expecting on the wedding day. This is very important for you because you do not want to select a wedding venue with a seating capacity of let's say 200 and you are expecting somewhere 350 people. So you and your partner need to sit down and calculate carefully how many you are inviting and how many will actually show up.

3. Ask about caterers

Many wedding venue have their own policies about caterers. They charge extra if you hire any outside caterers. So it is better if you clarify with them if you can get outside caterers to serve. There are many wedding venues which have their own caterers. You will have to find out the price for the caterers. You need to ask how much it is charged, is it charged extra or is it included in the venue booking price.

4. Ask them about the time limit

Although most wedding venue put the ads that that the entire day is yours. You need to ask from when you can utilize their promises. What time does the bar get shut, what time do you have to vacate the preemies. Knowing all this information will make your planning for the day very easy. Also many wedding venues do not give this information if not asked, so you need to be persistent and ask each and every detail before you make any booking.
