In each case, the engaged couples would rather personalize their special day with something unique that will spark a lifetime of memories. Stumped on spectacular ideas? You've come to the right place for a solution.

This article displays five ingenious couples who used exceptional ideas in personalizing their wedding. The concepts are rare, the approach is unrepeated and the stories are real. Take a gander:

1. Take Five

An engaged couple in southern California decided to personalize their reception with their passion for the movies. The groom is a movie producer and the bride's passion for movies is evident by her 1,000 plus collection of movies with the classic "The Notebook", an epic love story, being one of her favorite. In their quest for the perfect wedding party gifts and wedding party favors, they opt to share their passion. Instead of using the commonplace elegant chair covers, their unusual idea was to use personalized movie director's chairs that double as elegant lawn leisure chairs at the head table. To the wedding parties' surprise, the chairs were personalized with each member's name to take home as a keepsake gift. The unique wedding guest favors were adorned in an elegant package that included "The Notebook" on DVD with a personalized cover and two anytime movie tickets to a nationally reowned theater
for a movie of the guest's choice.

2. Just What the Doctor Ordered

A Houston couple found the doctor for love while serving their last year as resident doctors. As the medicine of love magnitude potent and the two announced engagement, the wedding planning soon took place. The couple brainstormed ideas that may be unrepeated and personal to the pair. They agreed on including a bit of their occupation in the mix to make the celebration intimate with a bouquet of fresh cut calla lilies in glass beakers lined with light illuminating crystals as the centerpieces.

3. The Apple of His Eye

A northern Florida groom groomed his bride, a second grade teacher, with an apple themed reception. Since the occasion was casual, the groom decided to put a spin on the party. He assembled a company to supply gourmet chocolate dipped apples that were personalized with an inscripted tag that read "Jean,
the apple of my eye ", placed engraved rulers that read" love rules "at each place setting, placed real life looking apple candles in an array of cinnamon spotted potpourri as centerpieces and provided a special area for the antsy kids to bob for apples.

4. Winter Wedding in June

A ski resort in Vales is what attracts this Brazilian couple as a winter getaway. Since snow, ice and cold temperatures is rare to none in the sunny escapes of Brazil, this couple decided to bring the wintry feel to the place of paradise for their wedding. A winter themed wedding was the 'ice'-ing on the couple's cake with custom snow cones with numbers inside as table number settings and a package of snow flake bath soaps as winter wedding favors. They went a step further and hired a company to blow imitation snow during the first dance

5. Artistic Ambiance

After meeting at the groom's local art showing, a Maryland couple realized they had something special in common … a love for the arts. During the course of the relationship, both parties agreed to have their wedding ceremony somewhere in the art environment. Surrounded by close friends and relatives, the couple pronounced their love among an array of aesthetic exposures in the local museum. The reception followed in the yard of the museum where the guests enjoyed beautiful artistic displays on gourds as keepsakes designed by the bride and
silver plated 3 "x 5" picture frames with prints of the art work that the groom displayed during the showing where the couple first met.

You may not use any of these ideas since each is unique to a special love story, but, I bet you can come up with rare and exceptional ideas of your own. Just think. The options are endless! Your personalization can generate from where you met, celebrate things in common, something cultural, religious customs and a host of your own personal ingenuities. Just remember, creativity is key.
