What to Plan For a Wedding?

[ad_1]

As the moment fades away after the proposal, parents will start shuffling around making calls to relatives for invitations and checking restaurants for dinner bookings. For the unprepared, planning a wedding is no short a nightmare. For those smart enough, a wedding planner is but a phone call away. But, for all the DIY couples, a wedding plan could have been a major pain to go through. Without realizing it, a wedding is actually an easy event to plan, as long as the A, B, C and D of the wedding is planned.

The A of wedding planning is atmosphere. The atmosphere or theme for a wedding is the essence of the wedding itself. A simple yet memorable theme that suits the personality of both the bridegroom and the bride is easily done by searching for styles or colors that represents both parties.

The B on the other hand is Budgeting and Booking. Budgeting is of great importance, as no couple, or in-laws, would want to end up with red notes from banks after the ceremony. By weighing the budget at hand and avoiding overspending or purchasing unwanted items, the budgeting process should be a simple walk in the park, providing both parties agree on the budget amount itself. Booking on the other hand involves the booking of hotels, function rooms and restaurants in advance, just to avoid missing the most wanted areas.

The C of wedding planning involves the Ceremony. Getting an appropriate MC for the wedding and planning the events that will be involved at an earlier stage will ensure a smooth flow of events. It will also provide a clear picture of what could and might go wrong during the weddings itself.

Lastly, the D of wedding planning, Details. It's most important to bear in mind of the details such as budget, amount of guests, flowers and etc. This is to ensure situations such as overcrowding of guests or a large room with few guests to happen.

So, following the A, B, C and D of wedding planning, a wedding plan should be simpler and major heads avoidable.
