Unusual Wedding Performers – To Make Your Wedding Rock

[ad_1]

Wedding performers can add something extra to your special day. Popular examples are string quartets; harpists and pianists, here are a few more unusual ones.

Wacky waiters – The most unusual wedding performers out there
Wedding performers do not come much much more unusual that this. By their very nature they are anarchic and you need to be sure this is the type of entertainment for you. Typically they go from table to table during the wedding breakfast creating trouble. There are good and bad out there but the best are very funny and well worth paying the extra for.

Photo Booth – Exploiting the digital age
This goes beyond the normal wedding photographer, the booth can be set up with wind machines and various lighting effects. With digital software the photographs can be manipulated to create fun and imaginative pictures. There is often an option for video messaging so your guest can leave comments for you to view later. Photographs can be emailed straight to your guests smart phones. This is a very modern form of wedding entertainment.

Spontaneous Poetry – a wedding performer they will not have seen before
One of the most unusual wedding performers I have met was a poet. He moved between groups making up poetry based on information given to him by the guests. It worked surprisingly well and his imagination and use of language was extraordinary.

Magician – always popular for all ages
Magic at weddings is becoming more popular and there are a number of ways magicians can help make your day perfect. Most members of the public see a magician live only once or twice in their lifetime. So although some magicians have a high profile on television your guest will still find a roaming magician new and exciting to watch.

Silhouette artist – creates a lovely give away
My logo is an image of me cut by a very talented silhouette artist. These make great gifts for your guests. The wedding performer cuts the silhouette and puts it into a little folder which can be kept. This folder can have a message from you in it or an inscription to remind them of your special day. When considering wedding performers this is one of the most elegant around.

If you are very brave you can always do some entertaining yourself. The two of you can be your own wedding performers! Below is a link to a clip of two newlyweds performing their own dance. If you watch it you will see this is no ordinary dance and has had over twelve million hits on YouTube.

Be careful though, if you do not get it right it can reflect badly but a well rehearsed party piece will leave a lasting memory. So sometimes it pays to be brave. Good Luck!
