Your wedding party is assembled not just to walk down the aisle during your happiest day, but to help you all throughout your wedding from preparation to until the very end. Your wedding party should consist of a maid of honor, a best man, bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls and ring bearers. Each member has his/her own set of duties. After finalizing the whole party, you should meet with them and inform them of their responsibilities that come with their respective roles.

Here are some guidelines about the duties and responsibilities of your bridal party members:

Maid of Honor:

1. Help you shop and choose your wedding dress.
2. Plan and organize your bridal shower.
3. Help you fill out your wedding invitations.
4. Accompanies you on your wedding appointments.
5. Assists you on your wedding day with tasks such as arranging your train during photos and in minor things like bringing your fan. She must also know how to anticipate your needs during your wedding day.

Best man:

1. Plan and organize the bachelor party.
2. Accompany the groom on his wedding appointments.
3. Make the best man’s toast.
4. Assists the groom on the wedding day.

Bridesmaids:

1. They attend wedding-related appointments.
2. Plan and organize the bridal shower in cooperation with the maid of honor.
3. Assist the bride during the wedding day. They help the bride get dressed and remind her of small but important details like to eating, fetching drinks, etc.
4. Usher guests to their respective seats.

Groomsmen:

1. Help the best man plan the bachelor party.
2. Attend to wedding related activities and appointments.
3. Usher guests to their respective seats.
4. Dance with the bridesmaids.

Flower girls:

1. Shower the aisle with flowers.

Bearers:

1. The ring bearer carries a small pillow with the wedding rings securely tied on it as he walks on the aisle.
2. The coin bearer carries a small pillow with the array securely fastened to it as he walks on the as he walks on the aisle.
3. The Bible bearer carries the Bible as he walks down the aisle.

These are the specific duties and responsibilities of each member of the wedding party. Their common responsibility is to show up during the wedding day and march down the wedding aisle together with the other members of the entire wedding entourage.
