The first thing to do would be to select the dresses for the bride (especially wedding gown) and for the maid of honor herself. The next thing would be to help address invitations, decorate ceremony and reception locations. The next thing could be to help the bride to get dressed in a neat and a beautiful way. Then the maid of honor could hold the bride's bouquet at the ceremony. The next thing that a maid of honor should do is to keep the bride's ring till the ring exchange is over.
