Now listing down the items you would like to buy doesn’t always mean you’ll have to complete your list in one time. Whether you’re a one-day bargain hunter or occasional buyer, your list would be very helpful for you not to forget any items in case you come across them in fortunate times.
If you’re not too picky with second hand stuffs, the best places to go are surplus or thrift shops. You are sure to find different kinds of clothing here – jackets, blazers, trousers, slacks, dress shirts, shoes, etc. You can also find accessories like neckties, belts, shoes, and bags. And all of these sell for very low prices. So for a minimal amount, you could really get yourself pretty good stuffs.
Some thrift shops offer other fares like paired suits. This way you would not need to find separate items anymore to complete your desired look.
To make a successful visit to the thrift shop, you will also need to bring in patience and a good eye for details. If you’re lucky, you may even find some notable brands among them. But, you must be picky with details before shelling out money. Get to the habit of inspecting the item for any defects. And it’s better if you could try them out first, so you’re sure you got the right fit. Remember, these items range in sizes too.
If you’re not in a rush, you may want to check malls and stores sales. Many clothing lines hold sales 2 or 3 times within the year, excluding the holidays. These are great times too to find good bargains.
