* A poem in ruby red ink is another good gift idea. Think of words that best describes the things that had occurred to you and your spouse for the past 40 years. Framing the poem in ruby red frame is a good way to add to the finishing touches of your poem.
* Quilt made together with your family. It does not need have to be a secret project as the quilt will be rather large to hide. How about doing the quilt together with your spouse, children and grandchildren?
* A ruby red box which you can can either purchase from a shop or hand-made it to store memories collection over the past 40 years. Or sometimes even things during your spouse's childhood days that had slipped his / her mind. This is a good time to reminest the past.
40 years is a memorable event. It is either short nor can I say that it is a long period of time. However that is enough time to see many changes, there are more wrinkles on your spouse's face, your spouse looked more haggard after many years of hard work. The thing that does not change is your love for him / her.
